What are your hours of operation?

Our gym is open Monday–Friday: 9 am–4 pm. Hours may change on holidays, so check our website for updates. We are also booking only, so you'll need to book a time slot before coming in.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, you'll need to book a slot on our booking calendar.

Do I need prior climbing experience?

No experience is necessary! We welcome beginners and provide Intro to Bouldering classes and orientations to get you started safely.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all climbers and participants must complete a waiver before climbing. Minors require a parent or court-appointed legal guardian to sign.

Are your facilities sensory-friendly?

Yes, but only during our adaptive climbing time slots, so please make sure to book during one of those if you need a sensory-friendly time.

Do you offer after-school programs or field trips?

Yes we do! Please contact us directly if you are looking to set up a field trip or are wanting us to work out something for your after-school program.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes, we have monthly, yearly, and day-pass options. Memberships include unlimited climbing during membership hours and access to member perks.

Can I sign up for classes online?

Yes! All classes and programs are available online through our signup system. You can reserve your spot and pay online.

Do I need to take a class before climbing?

First-time climbers are encouraged to take our Intro to Bouldering, which covers safety, technique, and gym rules.

What should I wear to climb?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows full range of motion. Closed-toe shoes are required, and we provide climbing shoes if needed (must wear socks with our shoes).

Is the gym safe for children?

Yes! Children ages 6 and up can climb. Climbers ages 6–13 must climb with a supervising adult. All youth programs follow strict safety guidelines.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Safety is our top priority. If you have an injury or medical concern, please consult your doctor and notify staff before climbing.
